5. Recommendations To meet with the objectives outlined in this paper, it is recommended that all registries:
- publish their operating procedures;
- publish details of the services they offer and the conditions and terms that apply, including scales of tariffs if applicable;
Why not have these procedures and national policies hyperlinked into this document, or have RIPE act as a repository for such docs such that countries exploring this area can compare "notes" with what other countries do? Hank
