[dns-wg] AuthDNS expansion and improved Hosted DNS app

Dear colleagues, We are happy to announce that you can now apply to host an instance of our AuthDNS service. We have updated our app, and it can now handle applications for both K-root and AuthDNS. Read more about it on RIPE Labs: https://labs.ripe.net/author/anandb/hosted-dns-application-update/ We have also updated our requirements, whereby we will accept well-provisioned virtual servers for hosting these services.
