My guess is Bill's comment has confused you by implying that ARIN was the only RIR to make a request for removal when in fact they presumably were the first RIR to make that request. It did indeed, thanks so much for clearing this up. I feel much more confident now than I did yesterday with regards to the removal of ip6 from int.
