Unfortunately the closing date for comments was June 21st -- I've only just seen this document. However a revised version is promised for June 28th, so there may still be an opportunity to comment on the current one. During a ISOC ccTLD wokshop late weekend, public statements have been made that, although there is a closing date, comments coming after the date wil still be taken in consideration. So, don't wait until June 28th. jaap
