Hi Brian, From what I see, the draft is pretty close to being in a shareable format. I think if there are no further comments/suggestions, we should perhaps change the format of the doc (e.g. put it online as a draft or make it a PDF) and figure out how we want to get it out there...e.g. do we share with the WG collective first? Only send it to HPH first? Where I think we need to focus on now is a proposal for a reporting body (Code of Conduct Team) and making clear what the distinction is between the Trusted Contacts and that team. I'm not saying that we need to have the team in place for RIPE 78, but it would be good to have something we can share about what that team is responsible for, what kind of people will be on the team, what kind of training they (may) recieive, etc. Thoughts? Thx, Amanda On 07/05/2019 15:00, Brian Nisbet wrote:
Folks,
I'm just wondering, where do we, collectively, believe the action item (or similar) lies at present with the draft for the new CoC.
From my reading there was an amount of feedback provided, but is the draft at a point where it can be officially shared with HPH, other stakeholders and the community, or is there more work to do? We have under two weeks before RIPE78 begins and I worry that we aren't in a good place to share our work (while absolutely noting that people might be waiting for me to do something?).
Thanks,
Brian
