[db-wg] SPAM filtering at RIPE NCC

[Apologies for duplicate e-mails] Dear Colleagues, Today, we implemented measures to combat spam on our mail servers. The measures will apply to both e-mails sent to RIPE NCC mailboxes and the mailing lists hosted on ripe.net.
