History repeating itself will probably mean more comment fields for a bunch of v6 IP space as well V6 being handed out like candy because there is so much of it reminds me of the days when classful address blocks were available for the asking. While that is another discussion altogether - it is simply yet another instance of history repeating itself on a regular basis - so just cited as another example
