Maintainers *have* been contacted well in advance, with a simple web form to change their passwords provided.
Of the dozen or so maintainers I have access to, one had an old MD5. I got an email a few weeks ago, I changed the pswd, end of story. If you are now locked out, you have only yourself to blame. -Hank
