[db-wg] Increasing the Limit of IP Addresses Used for the NRTM Service

Dear colleagues, We would like to increase the limit of IP addresses used with the NRTM service. The limit of two addresses per member was set eight years ago and we might be able to handle up to three times that amount now. We are in the process of determining the new limit.
