[db-wg] Database API Key Flag added to the LIR Portal Users Page

Dear colleagues, I am pleased to announce that the RIPE NCC has implemented a feature in the LIR Portal to display a "Database API key" flag on the Users page, if the user has any API key(s) to make updates in the RIPE database. This flag is only visible to Admin users. Regards Ed Shryane RIPE NCC
