Maybe we can cover all this with an appropriate purpose. Suppose we
defined it in this way:

While i consider the "geoloc:" attribute [*] too; the
term 'information' appears to no longer bother me :-)
This covers having a referenced file as long as the content of that
file is as defined in the IETF specs.
