Now you are jumping to conclusions. I carefully read the list and the contribution that concerns me. Just because people stay silent doesn't mean they do or don't agree. Usually the contributors to the discussion have already come up with intelligent comments and I (and probably most of us) don't need to add more to it until the voting.
Thanks for the comment. I am not jumping to conclusions, but just trying to promote some feedback. I know a lot of people read these discussions, but if they say nothing it is not easy for us to know which way their views lean. This issue has been discussed many times, but because of that lack of direct feedback no consensus was ever drawn. The co-chairs have made it clear that we will move forward this time. So we just need that final nod from you guys, draw a consensus in Budapest and ask the RIPE NCC to implement what people want. cheers denis co-chair DB-WG
