I do think that something like SSO <reg id> would be good but probably another DB auth scheme, like this:
auth: SSO-LIR no.foobar
I prefer this so that it is just clear that it is a different thing.
No objections from me. I'm good with any semantics as long as it is something I can set once and then forget about forever.
This is a sensible idea. I'd like to see it, or something equivalent, implemented.
