it contains a generic attribute called e-mail, a lot of companies use different addresses for different parts of the work covered by IRT. As an example, customer: "why is your dhcp server sending dhcp reasponses to my machine" isn't really something I want our incident response team aka security to be woken up for in the middle of the night.
