Thank you for reporting this issue. RIPE Database Team already fixed the problem, now you should be able to use the search bar on the top of the page.

For future bugs, please use 'Report a Bug' button, which is placed in right bottom corrner on https://apps.db.ripe.net/db-web-ui. Reported bugs through this feature are assigned directly to software developers in RIPE Database Team.

In both cases I am talking about the search bar on the top of the page not the one in the middle.
