[db-wg] Synchronising Users from the LIR Portal to the Default Maintainer in the RIPE Database

Dear colleagues, Following a request by the Database Working Group earlier this year, we have implemented a new feature to synchronise users from the LIR Portal to the Default Maintainer in the RIPE Database.
