in ripe-767 at

Sorry Niall but what is written in ripe-767 is an interpretation of the purposes by the members of the DBTF. Part of what they say is based on the suggestion I gave them. The actual purpose is defined in the T&C and is different to what is written in ripe-767.

If this became consensus here in the DB WG, a simple NWI might be the
next step.
