[db-wg] NWI-2 historical queries

Colleagues Over the last few years several community members have asked for the arbitrary restriction on deleted objects in historical queries of operational data to be removed. The DB-WG co-chairs recently recommended that the RIPE NCC goes ahead with producing an impact/implementation report, including a new legal review. Since then we have had one objection based on privacy of data. I believe I have addressed that issue in some detail. The co-chairs recommend that the RIPE NCC goes ahead with publishing a new impact/implementation report o this issue. cheers denis co-chair DB-WG
