Problems with Albanian Domains

Hi, why is the albanian domain inima.al accessible through internet, but not listed in the ripe database? there are some european TLDs, where I couldn't find accessible websites in the ripe database. is there a reason for this or an error? regards and thanks for your help, elvis samson
