I welcome feedback from the community on this proposal.
From my personal perspective, this is a welcome first step on the road towards strong internationalization support in the RIPE Database. It also seems like a conservative deployment that has a low probability of causing interoperability problems for automatic systems that query the database to obtain contact information. Thank you.
