Roger, If you are using e-mail, you need to include a line that looks like: password: your passphrase In the message. If you are using webupdates, you need to click on the "Authorization" link near the top of the page, and enter you passphrase. Then you can click the "Edit" link and update the domain object. If you have lost or forgotten your passphrase, then please e-mail <ripe-dbm@ripe.net>, and we will help you reset this.
