Dear colleagues, At the recent RIPE 81 meeting I have presented a talk on Digital Sovereignty as a regulatory trend in Russia and today we have published a RIPE Labs article that explores some of the recent legislation and can be seen as a logical continuation of the RIPE 81 presentation.
