Please note that the European Commission has released the draft implementing regulation under NIS2 detailing cybersecurity risk-management measures (Art. 21.2) and definitions and thresholds for "significant incidents" (Art.23.3).

The European Commission is aiming to adopt this Implementing Act by October 17.
