Indeed! This is the time to provide your input. After the 5th we will produce a new draft and then we are getting very close to the submission deadline.
If you simply want to raise points without engaging in the discussions, I have noticed that the CRISP team members pay attention to what is discussed on the regional lists (like cooperation-wg).
We do our best of course in representing the views raised in the RIPE community. That is part of our role on the CRISP team. But I do encourage people to directly engage on the global list. It allows you to respond directly to some of the issues raised as well as arguing for your own points.
From listening in to their conf-calls I hear that they very much value input from the community.
