Great, it will be good to agree on a global set of principles instead of going the regional route. It's important that all RIRs address issues from same set of principles. Will be good to see the crisp collaboratively (in consultation with the community) develop a single set of principles and then proceed to developing a single draft proposal which each RIR can then discuss.
