Richard, Thanks for catching this. I hope there is someone that know more about this, and yes, it is something we could discuss a bit under one of the already existing items on the agenda. Worrisome, regarding what responsibilities intermediaries have. Initiatives like these does not really match what member states of EU talk about in the context of human right issues.
