Please note that the Zero Draft of the Global Digital Compact (GDC) has been published. 

It will be presented this Friday, April 5th to the Member States and observers in the Trusteeship Council Chamber.

This document will be further negotiated and it will be officially agreed at the the Summit of the Future in September 2024.

It aims to set a new framework for how digital technologies are ‘used responsibly and for the benefit of all, outlining shared principles of an open, free 

and secure digital future’.

It's worth nothing that the RIPE NCC sent in their responses to last three open consultations, including 

the outline of the GDC Zero Draft.
