Is there any evidence to the contrary? 

He’s absolutely fixated with Facebook and doesn’t seem particularly interested in anything else, so maybe he does think that Facebook is the internet. 

Either way does it really matter? 

The internet is global and we need cross border data flows to work sanely. 

Schrems doesn’t seem to be particularly interested in finding solutions
