Support for Joint statement on preserving Net Neutrality

Dear colleagues Please see attached the final version of the Joint statement on preserving Net Neutrality. If you wish to sign it, kindly send your name (institution/company/individual) to Alessandro Denaro and Manuel de Simone, here cc-ed, by Monday July 7th. You are welcome to share it within your networks. Based on the positive feedback received on BEREC’s findings presented at our last RIPE Coop WG meeting in Lisbon, and noting that the Coop WG Small Team's work aligns with BEREC’s conclusion we suggest that the RIPE Cooperation WG consider signing the Joint Statement collectively, on behalf of its membership provided there are no objections. Call for applications for the selection of members of the informal commission Expert Group for a Technology Roadmap on Encryption

Dear colleagues Please note that the European Commission is setting up an informal "Expert Group for a Technology Roadmap on Encryption". The Commission is looking for technical profiles coming from either the public or private sectors with expertise in cyber security, encryption and decryption, crime investigation, forensics, telecoms, big data and AI, data protection, etc. This is an important one, as the group will advise the Commission on the implementation of current legislation but also in the preparation of new legislative and policy initiatives.
