New on RIPE Labs: Reflections on the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2022

Dear colleagues, As I’m sure many of you know - or were perhaps even in attendance - the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference wrapped up last Friday in Bucharest after an intensive three weeks of negotiations and elections.
