Dear friends of the Connect-WG, RIPE 77 is coming and are looking forward to seeing you all in Amsterdam. The Connect-WG will take place Wednesday, October 17th from 11am to 12.30am in the Main room. Following up on feedback from last meeting, we are bringing about a change in the usual format of the session : we have scheduled some open discussion time (25 min) at the end of the session. This open discussion time won't be recorded / live-streamed to foster participation : we want to ensure we won't miss meaningful comments withheld due to the fear of being recorded. We also encourage you to use our dedicated chat channels to ask questions remotely / anonymously. Here is the agenda for the session : 1 Opening (Welcome, scribe appointment, agenda, proposed session format) 2 Uncovering Remote Peering Interconnections at IXPs - George Nomikos - 20 min 3 MANRS IXP Programme - follow up - Andy Davidson - 15 min 4 Tbc (still in discussion) - 10 min 5 Connect update - Florence Lavroff - 5 min 6 Open discussion time - 25 min (not recorded) 7 Closure See you all soon, Kind regards, Florence, Remco and Will Connect-WG co-chairs
