Hi, Now that summer is winding down it would be good to resume regular meetings so we can continue making progress. It would be good to make our first meeting in the week starting on Monday, 20 September. Would Friday, 24 September at the normal time work for everyone? Could we resume a roughly fortnightly schedule, as before? Please say if we need to adjust the schedule. My draft plan for the first meeting of the autumn season is to to start with a short retrospective of where we are at that point. The draft might have reached consensus, might need some changes etc... If we need to rework the draft we'll know and can act accordingly. In the next section of the meeting we can evaluate the input from the RIPE NCC on participation in RIPE via mailing lists. This should inform a discussion about the size and time zone diversity requirements for the Code of Conduct Team (in combination with the WG Chairs). In subsequent meetings we can then look at recruitment and process. Kind regards, Leo

I’m generally OK with keeping to the same day.. however would be good to have it at a different time. The coc-tf meetings have sometimes clashed with the UKIF (UKNOF) Board meetings and this is when both Leo and I are unavailable for the coc-tf meeting. As an example, the next UKNOF Board meeting is at 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST on 24th September (it slipped by a week for various reasons, this time).. it might be worth having the doc-tf meeting at a different time but keep it to Fridays… I would have suggested 15:00 CEST for the coc-tf moving forward, but am aware of Leo’s timezone being -9:00 to that. Hi,
Now that summer is winding down it would be good to resume regular meetings so we can continue making progress.

Morning, 15:00 CEST on a Friday works for me, while noting that as travel and things start happening more, I tend to take more Fridays off than any other day, but that's very far from every Friday. I am currently scheduled to be away on the 15th, but that will involve the US reopening their borders and with every day that passes there's less chance of that happening.

Hi,
It would be good to see if others can join on the 24th. If not, we could schedule a meeting on a different day that week, or we could change the cadence to a different day and time.
Kind regards,
Leo

Leo,
While it's a yes from me for resuming meetings and the time, unfortunately I now won't be able to make the 24th.

Hi Brian,
I am personally happy to return to the same schedule, including time of day. But if we need to change the schedule to accommodate TF members other responsibilities then I am happy to do that, too.
Kind regards,
Leo

Hi,
Now that summer is winding down it would be good to resume regular meetings so we can continue making progress.
Kind regards,
Leo

This research is taking a little longer than was originally anticipated. The RIPE NCC should be able to share it soon. Once we have it we can meet again. On the meeting time question, I'd like to propose alternate Fridays at 15:00 Amsterdam time. Does that work for everyone? Thanks, Leo
