Proposal for next CoC TF meeting to be on Friday, 3 December
Hi, Our current schedule places the next CoC TF meeting on next Friday, immediately before RIPE 83. While we have a lot to discuss, I think that many people's attention will be focused on the RIPE meeting, so this might not be the best use of people's time. For this reason, I propose we skip Friday, 19 November and meet again on Friday, 3 December. Also, I'd like to invite the RIPE Chair to our next meeting. The discussion at the most recent meeting touched on areas where the RIPE Chair could be involved in the process. For our next meeting, I'd like us to look at prior work on escalation/appeals processes with input from Athina on both disputes regarding facts and whether the consequences are set at the appropriate level. I'd then like to look at the latest version of the working draft. Kind regards, Leo
Leo, Thanks, that's fine, I think we've set expectations for RIPE 83. That said, I'm 50/50 for the meeting on the 3rd. I will do my best, but I'm at an event that day and I'm not sure what the schedule looks like as yet. It is that time of year when getting things in diaries is very difficult. :-)
I am OK with 10 Dec.. it is the day I arrive home after my US trip.. but I will need to be finished by 15:15 UTC at the latest…

Leo,
I could do a similar time on Wednesday, but I don't have a lot of
spare time that week right now, sorry.

Hi,
Would rescheduling to another time that day, or day that week, make things easier for people?
Thanks,
Leo

Leo,
Thanks, that's fine, I think we've set expectations for RIPE 83.
That said, I'm 50/50 for the meeting on the 3rd. I will do my best,
but I'm at an event that day and I'm not sure what the schedule looks like as yet.

Hi,
Our current schedule places the next CoC TF meeting on next Friday, immediately before RIPE 83.
Kind regards,
Leo

I’ll be on a long haul flight at the regular time for the call on that proposed rescheduled time (if there is on board wifi I could try to connect to the call). In any case, the 19th would also be difficult for me as I will be running Day 2 of UKNOF48 that day. Regards Denesh
