Proposed CoC TF meeting dates for 2021Q1
Dear TF, I promised to propose a regular schedule for 2021. I have looked at dates for the first quarter and tried to come up with a regular cadence that does not conflict with other meetings I know about. If we keep to Fridays, that would mean two meetings on Thursdays. Friday, 8 January Friday, 22 January Friday, 5 February Thursday, 18 February Friday, 5 March Thursday, 18 March Does this schedule look reasonable? Thanks, Leo
Leo, Thanks. At first glance, with so much of next year as yet unformed, I see only one possible issue for me, which is Thursday 18th March. With St Patrick's Day being the 17th, and depending on what type of lockdown we're in, the temptation for a very long weekend might me irresistible, maybe even with some travel to somewhere in the country other than my house, who knows! But that's months away yet... I am generally OK with the schedule.. 5th Feb is a no go for me as I am running the OARC workshop on the 4th and 5th of February in Pacific Time so the meeting and although it will start at 16:00 UTC and I will be busy on the days in the run up to that time. Also noted Brian’s comment about March. Regards Denesh

Hi, Here's a potential update to the schedule that accommodates both St Patrick's Day and DNS-OARC events. On Thu, Dec 17, 2020 at 12:59 PM Leo Vegoda <leo@vegoda.org> wrote: [...]
Friday, 8 January
Use this meeting to finalize the draft CoC.
Friday, 22 January
Use this meeting to do some planning for Documents 2 and 3, on the CoC Team and the Process. Cut Friday, 5 February as it is not possible for Denesh and we will hopefully be in the community review period for the draft CoC.
Thursday, 18 February
Is Wednesday, 17 February a good option for a meeting focused on reviewing comments from the community and deciding whether additional changes are needed or to send the draft to the RIPE Chair?
Friday, 5 March Thursday, 18 March
Focus on Documents 2 and 3 in these meetings. Kind regards, Leo

Our current schedule has our next meeting a week later than this date. Please indicate if changing the schedule as proposed makes sense, so the RIPE NCC can send out updated meeting invitations. Kind regards, Leo

All of the updated dates seem good to me, we'll see how the 18th of March goes. 🙂 Updated invites would be good to lock them all in.
