[coc-tf] Volunteers for the Code of Conduct Team "drop in" session(s) in Belgrade

Hi, I am planning to be in Belgrade and want to make these drop in sessions[1] a priority. But, there is a small risk that I won't be able to make it in person. I've just spent several hours in the emergency room at the hospital and need to get a medical sign-off before I can fly. Who else plans to be in Belgrade?
