[coc-tf] Cancelling this week's CoC TF meeting

Hi, We do not yet have feedback on the draft we published. That is probably because it came out just before the Easter break. And the RIPE NCC team will be focused on an internal event this Thursday. So, let's cancel for this week as we need to get feedback on our draft to allow us to proceed. Kind regards, Leo
