[coc-tf] FYI: FIRST Code of Conduct

Hi all, In case you are not aware of the FIRST Code of Conduct: https://www.first.org/about/policies/code-of-conduct I like that they list "expected behaviour" before going into "unacceptable behaviour". Mirjam
