[coc-tf] Updated working documents and next meeting

Hi, The RIPE NCC is working on incorporating feedback into our two working documents. These changes should be done and shared with the TF members by Thursday, 11 August. We'll then have a week to read and think about the changes and meet again on Thursday, 18 August. Kind regards, Leo
