From my point of view delaying to September works, given the mid-November date of the RIPE meeting, but I still see RIPE 83 as the deadline for having this first doc signed, sealed and delivered.
I will comment that I'm planning to be on leave on the 2nd and 3rd of September, which may or may not be an issue with those exact dates. Regarding the timeline, how about the following: - Very soon (today/tomorrow) publish labs article/updated draft - Webinar: 3 September (~13:00 UTC) - Deadline for comments: 17 September If this timeline works, then it might be better to hold off on publishing the registration form for the webinar until August. It seems a bit odd asking people to register 2 months in advance, and some might forget by then. Instead, we could note that we're planning a webinar for early September in the labs article/announcement and share the details closer to then. Let me know what you think.
