For my money I think we can share a draft of document 1 next week, and give a generous amount of time (including a reminder in early Jan) for feedback. I think that would be great. However others had more comments on that document than I did, so I'll defer to them.
Either way, I don't think anyone will get very angry at us whatever communication we send and we haven't committed to respond to or even include every comment, so the risk in general is low,
