[coc-tf] Can non-members contact us through the mailing list?

Hi Antony, The TF web page at https://www.ripe.net/participate/ripe/tf/code-of-conduct-task-force lists the e-mail address for our mailing list. Can non-members post directly to the list or are their posts moderated? Thanks, Leo
