[coc-tf] Response needed: Go/No Go for Updated CoC Document

Dear TF, Thank you all for reviewing and commenting on our working draft. Today's comments and changes were helpful. As a reminder, we are not meeting tomorrow and instead are making a decision on whether the current state of the working draft is good enough that the RIPE NCC's communications team can get it ready for publication.
