It looks like two people will not be able to attend our scheduled meeting on 11 June. I'd like to suggest that we cancel the meeting and work online until then, so we can make our decision in mid-June, as planned.

Between now and Thursday, 10 June, please review our working draft and leave a comment identifying issues you see. In the comments, please:

Describe the nature of the issue
State whether we need new language or a substantive change
Provide a rationale

On Friday, 11 June, I will send a message to the list asking if there's support for us to publish the document for community input. I'd like everyone to respond by Tuesday, 15 June. That will give the RIPE NCC two weeks to get the document ready for publication and give us time to prepare communications explaining the changes and why they were made.
