[coc-tf] No meeting this Friday

Hi TF, We will not meet this Friday. This is partly because we will not all be able to attend and partly because there is a chance some of the materials to discuss will not be ready in time. I'd like to invite everyone to take a look at the updated straw man proposal I shared last week.
