Hi Jan, ...i agree, and i equaly suggest that someone from the Global NOG Alliance (GNA) shares GNA's experience in collecting some needed hardwares or network/system equipements to replace those which are being destroyed...in order to increase the desired Internet's resiliency.
...imho, It might be also usefull to document:
1] how to support those infrastructure afterwards & 2] what not to do for that purpose.
