I like your idea to create SMS notifications, there are many options to choose from, but I will recommend you follow this site, for it has helped many people who have a similar idea like you, my friend whom I introduced to the site is a happy today because he got answer after using the site with the instructions. WTF is this? Did the RIPE anti-abuse mailing list just get spammed? Hilarious. I do like the payload URL domain name. And now that I think about it, I don't know why nobody ever previously thought of naming a company after a part of the male human anatomy that most of us who have them would rather never be without.
