I will admit that the picture of how the Working Group stands in regards ton consensus is not clear.
The discussions between a small group of people on this list has nothing to do with "consensus." 99.99999% of the affected users have no idea about what is happening. Calling this a "concensus" is delusionsal and/or fraudulent.
