In Germany, every institution being hooked up by DFN is provided an IRT-object. This may be applicable for other european NRENs as well.
Yes maybe, but how big is the piece of the whole RIPE IP Space? I have something in mind about 210 IRT objects overall. But can't find the stats on RIPE Labs at the moment. Thanks, Tobias -- abusix
