Why would you want to do something like that?

Members could be proofed easily and for the RIPE region I would count on sender email addresses with a TLD from the RIPE region and a mailserver that has an RIPE IP address.

I think the list should remain open to all interested people and parties. Useful contributions could come from anywhere. Regards, Kostas
