Colleagues, It was great to see a number of you in Marseille and to have a full and robust WG session. As you are hopefully aware Last Call for 2017-02 ended on May 25th. As there were no further discussions on the list post the Chairs declaration of rough consensus to move into the Concluding Phase, we have decided that consensus has been reached. With this we have asked the NCC to continue with the formal process and you should expect further information on this to the mailing list this week.
